From day one, our caregiver Sue has been wonderful. You all are wonderful at Home Instead. I called today for help tomorrow and Debbie was so great. My caregiver Joanne is always good and it’s always good to see her. I look forward to the time we spend together. I love my caregiver from Home Instead, Anna Marie.

When I'm at work, they maybe don't talk to anybody except each other, but now it seems like they're much more alert when I come over to see them, so that's nice. They seem better with their cognitive ability just because they're not by themselves all day. I think they got my father breakfast one morning and lunch.

We were very touched by the lovely poster/card his caregivers made for him when we had to move him to a facility that provided 24/7 care. If there were any way that we could have kept him at his senior living facility with ramped up care by Home Instead, we would have. We can't say enough good things about HI. We did in home care for our mother who was under Hospice care, and we just needed some additional assistance so we could rest.

Home Instead caregivers are great. I am going out today to enjoy myself and I don't worry about Carl being at home without me. I know he is safe with the caregiver. You don't have to do this with Venus. She is very pleasant and upbeat and you need this when you are not feeling well. She is self motivated and an outstanding caregiver. I wish I could have her another day. We feel that she is part of the family.
We can never repay them for their devotion and love. How fortunate you are to have them in your employ. We were fortunate to have Cheryl as my father's caregiver for the last couple years of his life. She was so kind, caring, and compassionate with him.
This week, a young lady, Kailey came to fill in. Because of her youth, my first thought was to expect less. To my delight, she was thorough, polite, professional, and my mother was very comfortable with her. I thought of her as an old sole in a young person. Thank you Home Instead for the help and allowing my mother to enjoy her time at home. We were so appreciative of the wonderful care provided for our mother.
She said that she would very much like it if Sarah could be the person who comes each time. Leslie is absolutely amazing with my mom she caring and very patient. Shirley forms deep relationships with her clients and is very concerned with all their needs. She called a client with psyche issues to remind him to attend an important appointment on her own time.
